[PVS] ACM BCB 2010 - Call for Participation

ACM International Conference On Bioinformatics and Computational Biology 
(ACM-BCB 2010)
August 2-4, Niagara Falls, New York, USA

ACM-BCB is the first ACM conference in the areas of bioinformatics, 
computational biology,
and biomedical researches. The conference is pleased to announce that 
the conference has
set up three awards: the best paper award, the best student paper award, 
and the best
poster award. The conference will also support 10 student travel grants
(see the conference website for more details).

Panel: Personalized medicine - challenges and opportunities for 
informatics research.

Four Workshops
Gene Network and Pathway Generation and Analysis
Graph Theoretic Approaches for Biological Network Analysis
Immunoinformatics and Computational Immunology Workshop (ICIW 2010)
Protein-protein interaction data: management, querying and analysis

ACM SIG Organization meeting: Through ACM-BCB conferences, ACM hopes to 
build
the bioinformatics and computational biology community and establish an ACM
Special Interest Group in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology 
(SIGBCB).
A community meeting will be held during the ACM-BCB2010 conference at 
Niagara Falls to  
develop the support for forming the ACM SIGBCB.
