Dubrovnik is one of the most attractive tourist places in the world (CNN, 2005: “Dubrovnik one of 5 top tourist destinations”). Cavtat (pronounced [Tsavtat]) is a picturesque small village, a boat ride away from Dubrovnik around several peninsulas that provide breathtaking views and beaches. In the village boat tours and all kinds of sports and excursions can be arranged. The conference will take place in the five-star hotel Croatia, only six kilometers from the international airport. The airport is accessible from all major cities in Europe.
